Located on the Sai Wan Ho waterfront, the 3000-square-foot space with a bar will comfortably seat 80 people. It will retain its signature English farmhouse feel of old beaten enamel pots and pans, rustic charm and quirky pig-themed decor. Long known as a family-style fun eatery for enjoying a casual meal, The Salted Pig’s menu, which embraces all that is pork, remains largely unchanged. Sharing platters of delicious porky goodness and hearty ‘oink-free’ mains (for those who love beef, chicken, fish and vegetables more!) are the fare, with a few new menu items to celebrate the soon-to-open venue. The beverage menu includes refreshing ciders and craft beers by the bottle, perfect for summer, and a selection of great value wines available by the glass. The restaurant will also be available for functions, private events and office parties.
